πΊοΈ My Path and Achievements FAQs
Welcome to "My Path"! We know that when you open this section you might see many colors, squares, and medals. Don't be overwhelmed; this screen is the visual map of all your dedication in CaloriTrack. Here we explain in full detail how to read your progress and how to earn each of your badges.
π Section 1: Understanding your Habits (The Colored Squares)β
What exactly do the small squares under each habit mean?β
That block of squares is known as a "Heatmap". It represents your consistency over time. It is made up of 7 rows (the days of the week) and 26 columns, meaning you are looking at exactly half a year (26 weeks) of your history at a single glance. Every square is a day of your life.
Why do some squares have a different colored border?β
The square with a highlighted border around it represents today. The grid is intelligently designed to end exactly on today, so you'll always know where you stand.
What do the square colors mean?β
There are three main states to read your map:
- Bright color (Green, Blue, Orange, etc.): Successful day! It means you completed the habit that day. The color depends on the habit category.
- Gray/Opaque color: Inactive day. It means that day has passed and you did not log any activity for that specific habit.
- Transparent/Faint Background color: These are days in the future. They haven't happened yet, so you can't log anything yet.
My app took a few seconds to load "My Path", is that normal?β
Yes, it is completely normal and great news! When you open "My Path", CaloriTrack doesn't just check your day; it analyzes and consolidates up to 2 full years of your health, fasting, food, and wellness history to accurately draw your charts and calculate your streaks.
π― Section 2: How do I "light up" the squares for each Habit?β
You will see 6 different cards on your Habits screen. Each one lights up following very specific app rules. If you feel you did something but it didn't light up, check this list:
How do I mark the "Completed Fast" habit (Green Clock) as done?β
It is not enough to start the timer. For the green square to light up, the fast must have a "completed" status. If you start a fast but cancel or delete it, it will not count towards your consistency map.
What do I need to do for the "Daily Log" (Blue Calendar)?β
You just have to log at least one food, dish, or entry in your nutrition diary during that calendar day. By doing so, the system detects the consumption date and paints your square blue.
How do I keep the "KetoFlame" habit (Orange Fire) lit?β
This indicator lights up when you keep your ketosis state active in the app and log days compatible with the Keto diet.
What activities count towards the "Wellness Session" (Purple Figure)?β
To light up this habit, you must successfully complete a guided meditation (Soundhealing) or breathing (Breathwork) session inside the app's player. Just listening for a few seconds and closing it might not register the full session.
How do I log my "Kai Connection" (Turquoise Stars)?β
It will light up on the days you have at least one chat interaction with Kai, your AI Coach.
Why is there a red habit called "Health History" or "Recovery Days"?β
Unlike the others, this habit isn't something you should strive to fill every day. On the contrary, it tracks the days you reported being sick in the medical section of the app. It turns your sickness date ranges into red squares so you can visualize how often your body has needed breaks to recover throughout the semester.
π Section 3: Everything about the "Achievements" (Badges) tabβ
Switching to the top right tab, you will see your "Achievements" showcase.
Why do my badges look gray and opaque?β
Gray badges are "locked". You haven't met the requirements to earn them yet. When you unlock them, they come to life with a beautiful warm color gradient (yellows and oranges) and gain full opacity.
How do I know what I'm missing to unlock a gray badge?β
Easy! Tap the gray badge. A detail screen will open where, at the bottom, you will see the "How to Unlock" section, explaining exactly the criteria you still need to meet.
What are the "Fasting" badges and how do I earn them?β
These are based strictly on your longest historical streak of consecutive fasting days (not your current streak). There are tiers for 1, 10, 21, 30, 90, 180, 365, and up to 730 days (2 years!) of uninterrupted fasting.
My "KetoFlame" badges aren't progressing, how do they work?β
Just like fasting, the system looks for your longest consecutive streak of days keeping your "KetoFlame" lit, awarding medals from day 1 up to 730 days.
Under nutrition, I see "Explore" and "Log" badges, what's the difference?β
Great question.
- Streak badges (7 and 30 days) reward you for entering the app to log food daily.
- Log/Counter badges (100, 500, 1000 entries) reward volume. Every meal, snack, or dish counts as an entry.
- Exploration badges (50 and 100 foods) reward variety. They count how many unique and different foods you have tried in the app. Eating chicken breast every day increases your "Counter", but only gives you 1 point in "Exploration".
I did meditation today but didn't get the 5-hour badge. Why?β
Wellness badges (Soundhealing and Breathwork) are divided into two types of effort:
- By Total Sessions: Reward the times you sit down to practice (1, 10, 30, 50 sessions).
- By Time Invested: They add up all the seconds from your histories. We reward you when you accumulate 5 hours, 20 hours, 50 hours, and 100 total hours of sound healing or deep breathing. It takes time; it's a marathon, not a sprint!
What achievements can I get with Kai Coach?β
You get achievements for consistency in your consultations: from your first chat, up to milestones of 10, 30, 50, 100, 200, and 500 interactions or sessions resolving doubts with Kai.
π² Section 4: Showing off your Successesβ
Can I know the exact date I earned a badge?β
Sure! Tap any achievement you already have in color (unlocked). On the detail screen, the bottom section will change to say "Achievement Unlocked on..." followed by the exact date.
I want to share my achievement on Instagram or WhatsApp, how do I do it?β
Enter the achievement you want to show off. In the upper right corner, you will see a "Share" icon (a small square with an arrow pointing up). Note: This button only appears on achievements you have already unlocked; you cannot share something you haven't earned yet!
When I hit share, a screen with colored circles appears. What is that?β
That's our customization studio! Before sending your image, CaloriTrack allows you to choose the perfect background color for your story. You can choose from gradients, elegant darks (Black, Slate), or vibrant colors (Mint Green, Sky Blue, Purple, Orange).
Does it take a long time to generate the image?β
You will see a loading indicator for a couple of seconds. The app is generating a very high-quality image (1080x1080 square resolution, ideal for Instagram) with your achievement, its details, and an inspiring text. When finished, your phone's native menu will open so you can send it wherever you want.
